We interviewed our colleague Adrián García, sales manager in Mexico. We thank him for taking a few minutes to answer these questions, which allows us to get a closer look at his professional and personal profile.
For those who don’t know you, how do you define yourself?
I am a person who is passionate about what he does, I really like to help people, I like to contribute and participate in projects, always looking to improve and learn in all aspects. I am family oriented, which is my motivation.
How long have you been working at Smart Data Services?
I have been here for a very short time, about four months.
Can you give us a brief review of your trajectory in the company from your beginnings to the present?
In the time I have been with the company, the truth is that I have felt very well, quite comfortable and supported. Every day I learn more about FlotasNet and how we can help customers optimize their operations with the benefits we provide, strengthening the relationship with the customers I have today, with the desire to do important things and add to the growth of Fagor SDS Mexico. I am very happy to have the support of the entire team, but especially Oriana and my colleague Gonzalo, who have helped me feel very comfortable.
What do you like most about your position?
Being able to meet people, listen to their needs, learn from their experience, establish a line of communication with them, that you understand them and that you can help them, I think that is what I like the most.
How would you define the working environment in the company?
It’s pretty good, they have given me a great welcome, we are a great team that wants to do important things. The fact that they take into account the comments, the areas for improvement, the feeling of being listened to is something that nowadays is not common in many companies.
What do you think is the differential value of Smart Data Services?
The people who make this possible, a work team that always looks for the best for our clients, that understands the client’s needs and transmits them with the solution, being an ally to the client and not just another supplier.
What do you like to do when you are not at Smart Data Services?
Be with my family, go on trips, play with my kids, relax and as a good Mexican, there is always a pretext to “arm the carnita asada” with family and friends.
Finally, what would you say to a company that is considering hiring our services?
That they give us the opportunity and trust us. That FlotasNet, being a suite of solutions, will adapt to their different needs, providing solutions to their tracking and operation management problems, allowing us to grow together with them, and that they will have the support of Fagor SDS.
