For those who do not know you, how do you define yourself?
I am a person who likes challenges, I always like to help people or support them in any way I can. I don’t like people who are unfair or take advantage of people, I believe in God, family, honest work, family and civic values, in them the success of a society is centered.
How long have you been working at Smart Data Services?
I have been with the company for 1 year.
Can you give us a brief review of your trajectory in the company from your beginnings to the present?
It has been a year of many challenges since the carriers that already know me identify me with maintenance and/or parts and to talk to them about telemetry and logistical problems… well, it’s a matter of getting used to it. I have always believed that the Mexican market is “cooked separately” from the North American or European markets. The first months were to understand the logic that FlotasNet uses, to analyze things, but after the first sales the panorama opened up much more to be able to transmit the benefits to the clients, at the moment with the support of our bosses and together with my new partner we are looking for the best combinations of solutions for the Mexican market, we hope to have a lot of success with this.
What do you like most about your job?
I think that is the most satisfying part of my job. However, with clients that I did not know before, sometimes it is difficult to build trust so that they can tell me about their logistics, maintenance and operations problems.
How would you define the work environment in the company?
I think it is a great team, even though we only work remotely and with very different schedules. There are very experienced people who are there to support you when needed.
What do you think is the differential value of Smart Data Services?
That we focus on the client’s real needs and not on selling them things that will not add value to their operation and decision making just to fatten the bill; it is a commercial culture quite different from the Mexican one.
What do you like to do when you are not at Smart Data Services?
I like to spend time with my kids and wife, go to the beach, watch a good movie, grill meat….
Finally, what would you say to a company that is considering hiring our services?
That they trust us to be their main allies in the automation of the generation of valuable information for their logistics, operations and maintenance processes, because behind FlotasNet, there is a great support team.
