Subocol is a leading company in the mobility claims management sector in Colombia. It is a company created by its owners, Grupo Sura and Seguros Bolivar, that specialises in providing innovative technology products and services for insurers, focusing on operational efficiency and quality of service.
Before adopting FlotasNet, Subocol faced several challenges, such as the real-time location of its employees nationwide, who had to visit workshops and dealerships agreed with customers on a daily basis. The implementation of FlotasNet was necessary to facilitate the instant identification of the location of the devices, the frequency and duration of visits, along with other key indicators that have optimised the management of its operations.
