Grupo Vela is a business in Cantabria, Spain with more than 30 years of experience, wich has allowed them to become a benchmark in the national and international freight transport and integrated logistics market.
The business was founded in 1987 as Jesús Vela S.L. and after the great growth that they get with the incorporation in 1990 of Jesfeve S.L. and in 2009 with the acquisition of Transportes Bárcena S.L. and Bárcena Transportes Químicos S.L., it changed its name to Grupo Vela.
The services they offer include:
- Construction, contracting and integral logistics.
- Repair and maintenance of refractory furnaces.
- National and international transport.
- Transport of dangerous goods and waste.
- Cross-docking.
Furthermore, the Vela Group has large facilities consisting of a 4,000 m² warehouse for offices and two plots of 26,000 m² and 10,000 m² for storage.
